Hours and after-hours
We work standard days across the Latrobe Valley and attend urgent calls same-day where we can. After-hours and emergency work carries a surcharge — commonly 50–100% above standard, highest on Sundays and Victorian public holidays. We will tell you on the phone whether your job needs an after-hours call or can wait until morning.
What to have ready
- Your suburb and a short description of the problem.
- Whether you have isolated at the water meter (for a burst or a leak).
- Whether it is a rental (urgent repairs sit under the Victorian RTA).
- The type of hot water unit, if that is the call (electric, gas, continuous flow, heat pump).
- For a gas smell — that you have already called 000 and AusNet.
